WinQPrt - Release 3.00.62B ========================== WinQPrt is a handy Windows 3.0+ print utility, which allows text files to be gathered in one central que prior to being sent as a batch file process to Windows Print Manager. In addition, it allows the user to select the printer for output, change font size and characteristics, add headers, footers and page numbers to the output text files, and adjust output margins, page size and number of lines per page -- capabilities generally not available in most Windows interfaces such as Program and File Managers. WinNAV -- FlashPoint's Windows Navigator ======================================== WinQPrt, is included as a part of FlashPoint's WinNAV (Windows Navigator) User Interface for Microsoft Windows 3.0+, and registration of WinQPrt is included in WinNAV's license fees. WinNAV provides full support for such popular DOS utilities as PKZIP, LHA/LHArc, PKArc, ARC, McAfee's Virus SCAN, Starling's CVT and DOS's XCopy. In addition, it provides many advanced features such as a quick viewer that extracts text for review from any format or file, including even executable and font files, file management functions such as copy, delete, rename, advanced file association, global, branch and local file explore capabilities, user configurable multilevel launch menus, button bars (Excel like ToolBars), popup menus, and multiple file/application launch capabilities, and much more. If you miss the interfaces provided by popular DOS utilities such as Lotus Magellan, PCTool's PCShell and XTree, you should be quite pleased by the look and feel of WinNAV. Special Note to Users of WinNAV 3.00.62A ======================================== This version of WinQPrt has been released by FlashPoint Development in an effort to correct problems with the WinQPrt utility included in the recent release of WinNAV 3.00.62A, and should replace the WINQPRT.EXE file distributed in that package. Simply copy the new WINQPRT.EXE file over the old. Installation Instructions for Non-WinNAV Users ============================================== Copy the following files to your Windows directory (where WIN.INI is located): WINQPRT.EXE FPRES.DLL FPSTR.DLL Starting and Using WinQPrt ========================== The standard command line for launching WinQPrt is as follows: WINQPRT [filespec] where [filespec] is the full drive, path and file name of the document you wish to print.
